Set up New Outlook to connect to your company's server. Since it is a cloud service, you need to import a valid SSL certificate and enable the corresponding POP3/IMAP4 SSL service before Microsoft Cloud can connect.

When setting up an account, click Show more, turn off Use recommended settings, and fill in the corresponding SSL service settings yourself.
For example:

SMTP SSL/TLS: Port number is 25/587, Security mode is TLS
POP3 SSL: Port number is 995, Security mode is SSL
IMAP4 SSL: Port number is 993, Security mode is SSL
