How to setup spam rule |
Recently, many people have been asking this kind of question. Maybe it's because they are new to this kind of settings and are very unfamiliar with them and afraid of making mistakes.
It is recommended to try to set up your spam letter mechanism like this
1. Enable SPAMHAUS, mark the warning string **SPAM**
2. Enable REVERSE mechanism level B, mark warning string **SPAM**
3. Enable greylisting level B, and set the schedule to disable it during the working hours from Monday to Friday, for example, disable it from 8:00 am to 18:00 pm.
4. Add these IPs to the exception list (hotmail, gmail, yahoo)
106.10.*.*
173.0.*.*
209.85.*.*
40.92.*.*
65.54.*.*
65.55.*.*
74.125.*.*
5. To set up email rules in Outlook, move emails with the warning string **SPAM** to the trash
6. If you do not set Outlook email rules, Ultimate Edition users can go to the mail rule to set the **SPAM** warning string to move to the unsolicited folder
7. If you encounter an IP that you want to ignore, follow (4)
